Our Fastener Manufacturing Process

From raw material preparation and forming to thread processing, inspection, and export packaging, each production stage is organized to support consistent quality, custom specifications, and reliable bulk supply.

01

Raw Material Preparation

Steel wire rod and bar materials are prepared according to product dimensions, strength requirements, and order specifications.

02

Cold Heading & Hot Forging

Cold heading supports efficient volume production, while hot forging is used for larger diameters and more demanding fastener geometries.

03

Thread Rolling & Machining

Threads and critical dimensions are formed or machined according to drawings, applicable standards, and order requirements.

04

Heat Treatment & Finishing

Heat treatment and surface finishing are arranged according to the required property class, corrosion protection, and application conditions.

05

Inspection & Verification

Dimensions, threads, appearance, and mechanical requirements are checked against order specifications before release.

06

Sorting & Export Packaging

Finished fasteners are sorted, labeled, and packed for bulk handling, container loading, and international delivery.
