Our Fastener Quality Control Process

Incoming Material Review (IQC)

Incoming fastener materials are reviewed for grade, dimensions and available supplier documents. Additional verification can be arranged when required.

In-Process Inspection (IPQC)

First articles and selected samples are checked during cold heading, hot forging and thread rolling for dimensions, thread condition and visible workmanship.

Final Product Verification (FQC)

Finished fasteners are checked for dimensions, thread fit, appearance and grade markings. Mechanical or coating tests are performed when included in the confirmed inspection scope.

Outgoing & Packaging Inspection (OQC)

Before shipment, product quantity, package count, labels, shipping marks, package condition and required documents are checked against the confirmed order.
